Refund & Cancellation Policy


1. Refunds Policy

Without prejudice to any right to terminate in the event of our breach of the sale contract, you may not cancel or terminate your order or the sale contract without our prior agreement. Due to the electronic downloadable nature of our products, we shall not be obliged to agree to any cancellation of the sale contract, or give any refund of the price or other charges, and any cancellation and refund will be at our sole and absolute discretion.

1.1 Documentation Toolkits & Other Product Items

Due to the nature of our documentation toolkits and other product items, we do not offer any refunds once the order has been placed and your template has been delivered under any circumstances. Because we only sell digital goods, these products are irretrievable after they have been delivered. You may preview our templates before purchase to ensure it is exactly what you are looking for.

By purchasing our documentation toolkits and other product items, you understand and agree to the terms outlined herein. However, there are circumstances that would allow us to offer you a refund for your purchased template, and they are as follows: (1) the product was not delivered to you, or (2) you were unable to download the file we provided, or you are unable to save or open the template.

All decisions on refunds and our policies therein are subject to our discretion. As such, we may require screenshots of errors received, or other proofs. We will make every attempt to ensure the product is up to your standards as well as ours before we issue a refund.

1.2 Subscription-Based Products

Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

Note: You may request a immediate termination of your subscription in the case of fraudulent or unauthorized usage of your credit card. If this is the case, notify us immediately using email at sales@certificationtemplates.com.


2. Termination

2.1 Termination for Non-Payment

If we have not received or been able to collect payment of all amounts payable by you under the sale contract before or within 7 days after the date by which they are payable to us, or if any payment received from you is clawed-back or otherwise recovered from us, then we may at any time after that point terminate the sale contract, and such event shall be deemed to be a repudiatory breach of the sale contract by you.

2.2 Termination for Breach

Without prejudice to clause 2.1, If you commit any other breach of the sale contract (other than a trivial breach) and you do not remedy that breach within 7 days of notice from us of the breach, then we may at any time after that point terminate the sale contract, and such breach shall be deemed to be a repudiatory breach of the sale contract.
