Shipping / Delivery Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11 AM Fridays will deliver the products by next business day. We will notify you if there is an issue with shipping or delivery your order. Due to the nature of our documentation toolkits and other product items, we do not offer any refunds once the order has been placed and your template has been delivered under any circumstances. Because we only sell via digital, these products are irretrievable after they have been delivered. You may preview our templates before purchase to ensure it is exactly what you are looking for.

All our online purchased products and downloads are delivered within 24-72 hours of purchase through email or FTP download upon registration. There are no physical shipments of any products.

On order value below $500 USD, the product will be delivered via email in 24-48 hrs subject to payment confirmation. On order value more than $500 USD, the product will be delivered via email in 48-72 hrs subject to payment confirmation and call verification. Upon confirmation, you can download the zip file of the same from our e-delivery vie email.

The document templates are not 100% complete because they must be adapted to your organization’s needs – each document contains comments which specify where additional or organization-specific details must be supplied, what may be omitted, what is expressly required by the standard, etc. In other words, the templates are about 90% finished, while the remaining 10% can be adapted to your needs.
